Sample Event Schedule

2:00PM
Pre-Check
Optional
Have your event contact arrive ahead of guests to ensure the event is set up as planned.  Lay out any swag.  
3:00pm
Attendees Arrive

Attendees begin to arrive.  They are checked-in by our staff and directed to the lounge area.  Food will be available for self-serve.  Guests can order from our bar.

3:15PM
Headshot Begin

You may choose to make a welcome announcement to your guests at this time.  Attendees will be called on an individual basis to have their headshot taken.  They will receive posing and expression coaching by Nadia, and will be able to choose their final image.  Any editing special requests will be noted.

After their headshot (roughly 10minutes) individuals will return to the lounge area to continue mingling.

6PM or 7PM
Event Ends
Events can be 3 or 4 hours long depending on the number of attendees.  Any swag bags can be handed out by our staff prior to attendees leaving.
1 Week After
Headshots Delivered
Headshots will be edited within one week of your event.  Edited images can be distributed either directly to attendees, or to a specific contact to re-distribute.

Only the best for your attendees!  Nadia's headshots have been repeatedly 5 star rated for a reason.  Combining intricate lighting techniques, with easy to follow expression coaching, every attendee will walk away with a headshot they love!
